About Cox (now Spectrum)
The change is a brand and product change, not a network rebuild — the same hybrid fiber-coax plant now carries Spectrum service, plans and pricing. In practice that means Spectrum’s structure applies: a one-year price guarantee on a single service that stretches to two years with two services and three years with three, no contracts, no data caps, a modem included, and Advanced WiFi included on Internet 1 Gig ($10/mo on the lower tiers, included when you bundle). FCC filings still list the provider as Cox because the December 2024 data predates the transition.

Authorized retailer: EZ Internet is an authorized retailer for Cox (now Spectrum) — we can place your order, but we are not Cox (now Spectrum) and this is not its official site. Cox (now Spectrum) installs, bills and supports the service under its own terms. Cox (now Spectrum) pays us a commission when an order goes live. You pay the provider’s own price; we never add a markup. A few provider promotions are online-only and can’t be ordered by phone, and we tell you when that applies.
