Verizon Fios® Home Internet
Verizon's FCC filings place Fios fiber in 2,471 ZIP codes, all of them in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. The line is fiber to the home, so every tier uploads at or close to its download speed, which is what keeps a video call steady while a backup runs in the next room. A Fios ZIP still does not mean a Fios street, so the address comes first.

Verizon 5G Home Internet® & LTE Home
Verizon's licensed fixed wireless shows up in 22,475 ZIP codes in the FCC data, across every state but Alaska plus Washington, D.C. The service needs no line to the house; a gateway indoors picks up the 5G Ultra Wideband signal. How strong that signal is at your building is something no ZIP-level filing can show, which is why we check the address. Where there is no 5G Ultra Wideband, Verizon sells LTE Home in select areas instead.

Verizon authorizes us to sell its services as an Independent Authorized Retailer; we take new orders for Verizon's home internet, TV, home phone and mobile service. Verizon's filings cover 22,564 ZIP codes in 49 states and Washington, D.C., but those filings describe census blocks, not houses, and they mix two networks. So every order starts the same way: the exact address goes through Verizon's serviceability check before any plan is discussed.
Fios TV and Digital Voice both depend on Fios Internet at the address, so we add them to the same order as the internet service, and Verizon schedules the installation.
A promotion can change after a page like this is written. The call is where you get the version in force that day, plus the standard rate it becomes when the term ends.
Coverage is reported to the FCC by the carrier itself and summarized by census block, which can make an area look better served than a given house is. Fios is laid street by street, while 5G Home rests on the signal at the building, so two neighbors can get different answers. Verizon's serviceability check settles it for your address before an order is placed.
As an authorized retailer we handle new Verizon service. Existing accounts, bills and outages stay with Verizon, and we cannot act on them, so current customers should contact Verizon.

Fios still has to be built on your street, and for 5G Home the building must be inside 5G Ultra Wideband coverage, so call (833) 390-3014: the address goes into Verizon's serviceability system and we read back the tiers it returns.

Verizon's advertised prices assume both Auto Pay and paperless billing; the pair is worth a $10/mo discount. Payments are drawn automatically from your bank account or an eligible card, and bills come by email. If Auto Pay is switched off or a payment bounces, Verizon takes the $10/mo discount away, so the bill rises by that amount. The standard prices in the table are something else: for Fios, the rate after a promotional term; for 5G Home, the price without an eligible mobile plan.
For Fios, usually yes: the fiber has to be terminated inside the home, so Verizon books a technician. Addresses that were wired for Fios before can sometimes self-install, and the address check shows whether yours can. For 5G Home, no: the kit arrives by mail and setup is yours, guided by Verizon's app.
The internet tiers here are month to month, so no annual contract applies and cancelling carries no early termination fee. Where a plan includes Verizon's price guarantee, the price holds for a published term, and nothing commits you to stay. A phone financed through a Verizon device payment agreement is different: that agreement has its own terms, which we explain before you order.
