General Disclaimer
EZ Internet (ezinternet.services) is an independent retailer and comparison site for U.S. home internet. We are not an internet service provider, cable company, or telecommunications carrier, and we are not owned by one.
We do two things. We compare every provider the FCC records at your address, whether or not we have any relationship with that provider. And for the providers we hold retail agreements with, we can take your order by phone. Each provider page says whether that provider is one of them; for every other provider we can show you the options but cannot sell the service, and you order it from the provider directly.
Where we do place an order, the service itself is installed, provisioned, billed and supported by the provider under the provider’s own terms and agreements — not by us.
Pricing and Availability
All pricing, speeds, promotional offers, and availability information displayed on this website is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change at any time without notice. Actual pricing, speeds, and availability may vary based on your specific address, location, and the provider’s current offerings. We recommend confirming all details directly with the internet service provider before making any purchasing decisions.
Affiliate Relationships
EZ Internet is paid by providers in two different ways, and which one applies depends on the provider. Where we are an authorized retailer, the provider pays us a commission when an order we place is installed and active. Where we are not, we may receive a referral fee when you contact us or connect with that provider through this website.
Either way, our help costs you nothing: you pay the provider’s own price; we never add a markup. A few provider promotions are online-only and can’t be ordered by phone, and we tell you when that applies. Compensation may influence which providers are featured or the order in which they appear. It does not change the FCC coverage data or the published pricing we show, and a provider we cannot sell is still listed at your address whenever the FCC records it there.
No Professional Advice
The information provided on this website does not constitute professional, technical, or legal advice. Our comparison results are based on FCC coverage data and the providers’ published pricing. We recommend consulting directly with service providers for specific technical requirements, service level agreements, or contractual terms.
Accuracy of Information
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on our website, we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. Provider plans, pricing, and availability change frequently, and there may be delays in updating our database. We disclaim all liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information presented.
Third-Party Trademarks
All company names, logos, brand names, trademarks, and service marks displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners.
Where we are an authorized retailer for a provider, that provider’s marks are used under the authorization that provider has granted us, and the relationship is stated plainly on the provider’s page. For every other provider, the marks are used solely to identify and compare the service, and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the trademark owner.
In no case is this website the official site of any provider, including the providers we are authorized to sell.
External Links
Our website may contain links to external websites operated by third parties, including internet service providers. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement or recommendation. You access external sites entirely at your own risk.
Service Availability
Internet service availability varies by geographic location and is determined entirely by individual service providers. The results shown on our website are based on general coverage data and may not reflect availability at your specific address. Some providers may have limited coverage, capacity constraints, or infrastructure limitations that affect service at your location.
Limitation of Liability
EZ Internet shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use our website or the information contained therein. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from reliance on information provided, service disruptions, or any actions taken based on content found on our website.
