Frontier reports two kinds of home internet to the FCC, fiber and DSL, and this page covers only the fiber: six symmetrical tiers from Fiber 200 to Fiber 7 Gig, with no data caps, no annual contract and a Wi-Fi router on every tier. The address check on the call tells you which side of that line your home is on.
Frontier fiber tiers
All six run on 100% fiber at equal upload and download speeds, with no data caps. In the FCC data Frontier reports service in 5,885 ZIP codes across 26 states, over fiber in some places and copper DSL in others, and it is still extending fiber, so an address shown as DSL in an older filing may be on fiber now. The rate for your address comes from Frontier and is given to you on the call.

A filing that covers your ZIP does not prove fiber reaches your street. Give us the address and we find out whether it is served by fiber, by DSL or not at all, and which Frontier® fiber tiers it can take.

Frontier's advertised price for Fiber 1 Gig is an online exclusive that a phone order may not get, and the other tiers carry no published rate. Whatever the tier, the price for your address is given on the call before anything is ordered.
