Contracts, guarantees, equipment, coverage
Not on most Xfinity internet plans. They come without an annual contract, so moving to another tier or cancelling brings no early-termination fee. Terms can still vary with the plan and location, and we go over yours before anything is placed.
Xfinity holds the base monthly rate steady on eligible internet plans for a fixed term. The offers listed here come with five years; older plans and some markets carry shorter terms, which is why we quote the one on your specific offer rather than a general rule. The lock applies to the base service charge only. Taxes, fees and later add-ons are not part of it and may rise.
Not on most current plans. Xfinity bundles its Gateway, a combined modem and WiFi router, into the service, and you may use a compatible modem of your own instead. The equipment for your tier is confirmed on the order.
