Vivint Authorized Retailer

Checked for your address,
installed by Vivint.

Home security is not part of the FCC broadband filings, so no public map shows whether Vivint serves a street; that answer comes from Vivint. A Vivint technician then surveys the home, designs and fits the system, and Vivint's own centres monitor it around the clock. The price follows the survey, so it is quoted for your home rather than read off a page.

Technician-installed only Equipment from $199.99 Monitored by Vivint staff
Up to 5 months of free monitoring With a qualifying system purchase. Vivint sets the qualifying conditions and can end the offer at any time.

Behind the monthly rate

People, placement and a backup line

Monitoring Vivint runs itself

No outside contractor answers Vivint alarms: Vivint staff do, in centres Vivint operates, and they check each alarm before sending help.

A human check first

Before police or fire crews are sent, someone at Vivint confirms the alarm is genuine rather than a stray trigger.

Placed for your rooms

A Vivint technician walks the house, notes entry points, windows and blind spots, and sites each sensor and camera to match.

Survives a cut line

A cellular link with battery backup means monitoring continues through a power failure or a severed line.

No handset required

Someone who cannot get to a phone can still get help, an older parent or a child home alone, for example.

Possible insurance discount

Monitored homes can qualify for lower homeowners or renters premiums with some insurers; your insurer sets any discount.

The order

How a Vivint order runs

01

Start with the house

Rooms and entry points, owner or tenant, and what should be watched. No account or email is needed for a quote.

02

Vivint draws up the system

The quote lists each device and gives the monthly figure with monitoring and equipment shown apart.

03

A technician installs and tests

Vivint only sells professionally installed systems, and the technician sets up and tests everything before leaving.

One call covers
the address and the price

Vivint confirms whether it serves your address, and we then give you three figures: the monitoring rate, what the equipment costs and how long the contract runs. The order is placed through us as an independent authorized Vivint retailer; Vivint then installs, monitors and bills the system.
