TCPA & Calling Consent

Last updated: September 25, 2026

This page explains what happens when you call EZ Internet, what you are and are not agreeing to, and how to stop us contacting you. It applies to the number published on this site, (833) 390-3014.

1. When you call us

We do not cold-call. Every call we handle is one you placed to us, and placing it is not consent to anything beyond that conversation. There is no form on this website that captures your number, no account to create, and no lead-generation partner we pass details to. If we have your number it is because you dialled ours.

If we need to call or text you back — to confirm an installation window, to tell you an address check came back differently, or to finish an order you started — we will ask on the call and note your answer. That consent is specific to your enquiry, and it is not a condition of buying anything. You can say no and still place an order.

We do not use automatic telephone dialling systems or artificial or prerecorded voices to contact consumers, and we do not sell, rent or share your phone number with marketing companies.

3. Call recording and monitoring

Calls may be recorded or monitored for training, quality and order accuracy. Where recording applies you will be told at the start of the call. Several states require all parties to consent to recording; if you do not want to be recorded, say so and we will continue without it or arrange a call back on an unrecorded line.

4. State telemarketing law

A number of states — Florida, Oklahoma and Washington among them — impose consent, timing and disclosure requirements stricter than federal law, and several require separate written consent before automated contact. Where your state law is stricter than the federal rule, the stricter one is the one we follow.

5. Do-Not-Call rights

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, on a call, by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing admin@ezinternet.services. We honour it on our internal list without asking you for a reason, and it does not affect an order already placed. We also scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry. Registering there is free at donotcall.gov — nobody should ever charge you for it.

6. What the provider does after your order

Once we place an order, the provider contacts you directly to schedule, install and support the service. Those calls come from the provider under the provider’s own terms and privacy policy, and we cannot add you to or remove you from a provider’s contact list. To stop provider contact, ask the provider.

7. Changes to this page

We update this page when our practice or the law changes. The version you are reading is the one in force.
