Service Fulfillment

Who does what, from the moment you call to the moment the service works. Worth reading before you order, because the split between us and the provider decides who you should call when something needs fixing.

1. What we do

We check what the FCC records as available at your address, explain the realistic options, and — for the providers we hold retail agreements with — place the order on your behalf while you are on the phone. Our help costs you nothing and never changes your price.

2. What we do not do

We are not a carrier. We own no network, we install nothing, we operate no equipment, we issue no bills and we cannot credit an account. We do not take payment of any kind (see our Payment Security page). For providers we do not hold an agreement with, we can show you the options but you place the order with the provider directly.

3. What the provider does

The provider owns the relationship once the order exists. It confirms availability at your exact address, sets the final price, provides the terms you agree to, schedules and performs installation, supplies and owns the equipment, bills you, and handles support, faults, moves, upgrades and cancellation. Your contract is with the provider, not with us.

4. How an order happens

You call. We check the address, talk through what is actually available, and you choose. We place the order with the provider and you receive a confirmation and an order or account number from the provider — not from us. If you do not receive that confirmation, call us and we will chase it.

5. Timelines, price and changes

Installation windows are set by the provider and depend on its schedule in your area; we pass on what the provider tells us and we do not guarantee a date. Price, promotional terms, contract length, equipment charges, taxes and fees are all the provider’s, are confirmed by the provider at the point of order, and can change between a page being published and an order being placed. Figures on this site are indicative and confirmed on the call.

6. If something goes wrong

For anything after installation — a fault, a bill, a speed problem, a cancellation — the provider is the right first call, because it holds the account and we cannot act on it. If you cannot get an order resolved, or the service you received is not the one that was ordered, call us on (833) 390-3014 or email admin@ezinternet.services and we will help you escalate it. You also keep every right the provider’s own terms and your state’s consumer law give you.
