Payment Security

Last updated: September 25, 2026

The most useful thing on this page is one sentence: EZ Internet never takes payment from you. Anyone who asks you to pay EZ Internet is not us.

1. Scope

This page covers ezinternet.services and any phone call to (833) 390-3014. It does not cover a provider’s own website, app or billing systems, which are governed by that provider.

2. We handle no payment details

We do not take card numbers, bank details, deposits, setup fees, activation fees or payments of any kind — not on the phone, not on this site, not by transfer, and never in gift cards or cryptocurrency. This site has no checkout, no payment form and no card fields, so there is no cardholder data here to lose. We are paid by the provider, on commission, after your service is installed and active.

3. How the provider takes payment

Where payment is required, the provider collects it directly through its own systems, under its own terms, on its own schedule. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks and billing corrections are handled by the provider because the provider holds the account.

4. How to tell it is really us

We will never ask for a Social Security number, a bank login, a one-time passcode from a text, or remote access to your computer, and we will never ask you to pay a fee to secure an installation slot or a discount. If a caller claiming to be EZ Internet asks for any of those, it is not us — hang up and call (833) 390-3014, the number published on this site, to check.

Before paying anyone for internet service, confirm you are on the provider’s own domain or speaking to the provider on a number from your bill.

5. This site

The site is served over HTTPS throughout. It has no accounts, no logins for visitors and no stored personal data to breach; the least risky way to hold customer data is not to collect it.

6. Reporting something

If you believe someone is impersonating EZ Internet, or you see a security problem with this site, email admin@ezinternet.services with what you saw. We investigate impersonation reports first, because those cost people money.
