Who we are
EZ Internet (ezinternet.services) is operated by EZMove Services LLC (“we”, “us”), 885 Gold Hill Rd, Fort Mill, SC 29708. We are an independent retailer and comparison site for home internet, TV, mobile, home phone and home security. We are not an internet service provider. This policy covers this website and calls to our published number, (833) 390-3014.
We built the site to collect as little as possible. There are no accounts or logins, no form on the site asks for your name, phone number or email address, and we never take payment details.
Information we collect
- ZIP code searches. The five digits you enter are sent to our own coverage database to return results, and they appear in the address of the results page. They are not linked to you and are not stored with any identifier.
- Server logs. Like any website, our web host records standard request data (IP address, browser type, the pages requested, including any ZIP code in the page address, and the time) to keep the site running and secure.
- Phone calls. If you call us, we use what you tell us, such as your name, service address, contact number and current provider, to check availability and, if you choose, to place your order with the provider. Calls may be recorded or monitored for training, quality and order accuracy; where recording applies, you are told at the start of the call.
- Your consent choice. Pages in our Spectrum section show a consent notice. If you answer it, your choice (“accepted” or “essential”) is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name
ezi-consent, so the notice does not ask again. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to us, and you can clear it at any time with your browser’s site-data controls.
We do not run Google Analytics or any other analytics service, heatmaps or session recording. We do run the Google Ads tag, under Google Consent Mode with everything denied by default: it sets no cookies unless you choose “Accept all” on our consent notice. It measures whether a visit or a phone call followed a click on one of our ads, and after an ad click it may show a Google forwarding number in place of ours so that a call can be counted. How we use it
- To show which providers serve a ZIP code and help you compare them.
- To check availability and place an order with the provider you choose, when you ask us to.
- To call or text you about your order, only if you agreed to that on the call (see our TCPA Consent page).
- To keep the site secure and working.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you. If you choose “Accept all”, Google may use the Ads tag’s measurement for ad personalization, which some state laws treat as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising; choosing “Essential only”, or not accepting, keeps it off.
Who we share it with
- The provider you order from. When you ask us to place an order, we pass the details the provider needs to that provider. From then on, the provider’s own privacy policy governs what it does with them.
- Companies that run our website and telephone service for us, such as our web host, only as needed to provide those services.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect rights, property or safety.
- A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or reorganized, who must handle your information under this policy.
We do not pass your details to lead-generation partners or marketing companies, and we do not sell, rent or share your phone number for marketing.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website sets no cookies for visitors unless they accept them: the Google Ads tag described above stays cookie-free until “Accept all”. WordPress, the software the site runs on, sets cookies only for our own staff when they sign in to the admin area. The only thing the site stores on your device is the consent choice described above, in local storage, on the Spectrum pages. Some pages load fonts or code libraries from third-party networks (Google Fonts and cdnjs); like any web request, those requests reveal your IP address to the network serving the file. We added the Google Ads tag on October 10, 2026 and updated this policy and our Cookie Policy with it. Any further tag will be described here before it goes live.
Payment and sensitive information
We never take payment, and we never ask for card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, one-time passcodes or account passwords. Where payment is required, the provider collects it directly through its own systems. Our Payment Security page explains how to tell it is really us.
How long we keep it
ZIP code searches are not stored against you. Server logs are kept by our web host for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Notes and recordings from calls are kept only as long as we need them to follow up an order, review quality and meet legal obligations, and are then deleted.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to our systems is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so if you think your information has been exposed, contact us straight away.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA) and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell it, and the only sharing is the Google Ads measurement described above, which stays off unless you accept it), to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. To make a request, email admin@ezinternet.services or call (833) 390-3014. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we respond within the time the law allows.
You can also ask us to stop calling or texting you at any time, as our TCPA Consent page explains.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging service for their home. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or the law change, and we change the effective date at the top when we do.
