Get Spectrum Internet® there and you can add one Unlimited Mobile service, free for 12 months; it covers talk, text and data over nationwide 5G. Limited to one promotional line per account. Auto Pay required.

Part of Unlimited Plus. You hand in a phone in good working condition, choose a new one and pay $35 per upgrade, with a cap of four upgrades in any 12-month window.
Only on Unlimited PlusWhen phones at your current carrier are not yet paid off, the buyout pays up to $2,500 of the remaining device balances per account, provided two or more lines switch and two or more numbers are ported in. Your most recent bills go in within 30 days, and the money arrives as a prepaid card.
Phones on Spectrum Mobile can reach faster speeds when they join Spectrum Advanced WiFi at home, with nothing to switch on.

About Spectrum Mobile
One Unlimited Mobile service free for 12 months, for new customers who have Spectrum Internet. It includes unlimited talk, text and data across the country on nationwide 5G, with data at full speed up to 30 GB per line. Spectrum Internet® and Auto Pay are required. The offer is limited to one promotional line per account. When the 12 months end, standard rates apply.
With Spectrum Internet®, each additional Unlimited line costs $30/mo. Unlimited Plus Premium runs $50/mo per line, and Unlimited Plus is $40/mo per line, dropping to $30/line for Internet 1 Gig customers. Mobile service is only sold with Spectrum Internet®, and Auto Pay is required. By the Gig is no longer offered; Spectrum discontinued it on 7/22/2026.
Usually. An unlocked, compatible phone can move over, and your number transfers when the line is activated. If phones from your old carrier are not paid off, the Phone Balance Buyout covers up to $2,500 per account, provided at least two lines switch and at least two numbers port in.
