What we can do on a call
- Check what the FCC records as available at your exact address, not just your ZIP code.
- Talk through the realistic options, including the ones we earn nothing from.
- Place your order with the providers we hold retail agreements with, at the provider’s own price.
- Chase an order we placed that has not produced a confirmation.
What you should call the provider about
Once service is installed, the provider holds your account and we cannot act on it. Faults, bills, speed problems, moves, upgrades and cancellations all go to the provider — the number on your bill is the fastest route. If an order we placed went wrong, or you cannot get it resolved, call us and we will help you escalate.
Before you call
Have your full street address ready, including apartment or unit number. Coverage varies between neighbouring addresses more than people expect, and the unit number is often what decides whether fiber is available.

Email reaches us at admin@ezinternet.services and is the right channel for anything written: a correction to a page, a brand-compliance request from a provider, a privacy request, or a complaint about an advertisement. We are not able to place an order by email — an order needs an address check first.
