Existing Xfinity customers: accounts, bills and faults are Xfinity’s to handle, on 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489). Our line is for new service: checking whether Xfinity reaches an address, comparing tiers and placing the order.
This is an independent authorized-retailer ordering line. We are not affiliated with Comcast or Xfinity.
Our line
Every route below reaches the same ordering line. It can check coverage and place new orders; it cannot see or change an existing Xfinity account.

Ring once and name a time that works; callbacks are made during open hours.
Call to book a callbackWhat we handle
We order new service; we do not run accounts. If the question is about a fault, a charge or an outage on an account you already have, the answer sits with Xfinity and we will tell you so.
From a ZIP code we can see what Xfinity has reported to the FCC for the area and which tiers that points to. A filing is not a guarantee: Xfinity checks the street address before any order, and we give you the promotional rate, how long it lasts and the bill after it.

We match a tier to how the household uses the connection and list equipment, a Mobile line and TV as separate amounts, so the monthly total is visible. When the FCC data shows another provider in your ZIP that fits better, we say so.

The order goes into Xfinity’s system with the install option and appointment window you choose, and we tell you what to have ready. Once the service is active, bills, faults and changes are matters between you and Xfinity.

After the address check
A price only matters once the service reaches you. Xfinity’s FCC filing shows which ZIP codes it serves, and Xfinity confirms the street address when an order is entered. Each card gives the entry price Xfinity publishes for that service.
